Central location across from Waverley Station, stylish and modern design, high-quality hotel hair dryers
The room temp is inconsistent, feeling stifling at times!!! Storage space is severely lacking, making longer stays a hassle!!! Soundproofing is minimal, leading to disturbances from the street and hallways!!! Toilets need functionality updates!!!

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The classic double room offered impressive comfort with a well-appointed bed that ensured a restful night. The high standard of cleanliness was noticeable throughout the room, making it a cozy retreat.
The room lacked a city view, which would have enhanced the overall experience.

We had a fantastic time exploring the city, especially with the kids. The location is superb, just a short walk to the train station and all the shops. The staff allowed us early check-in, which was a lifesaver with four young ones.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more family-friendly amenities in the room, like extra storage for kids' things.

I loved the location, just across from the train station, making it super easy to explore Edinburgh. The room provided a lovely view of Princes Street and was clean and comfortable with cozy bedding. Staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful with recommendations. The bar area offered a nice space for relaxing. On the downside, the room lacked adequate storage options, making it tough to unpack. Some noise from the street at night was noticeable, and I had issues with the air conditioning that made the room a bit too warm. Breakfast, while decent, could use more variety. Better air circulation and increased storage would greatly enhance the experience.
